Members had their say at this year’s Annual General Meeting
As a member of Royal London you are one of the owners of our business. We’d like to thank you for your support over the past year, and also thank those who came along to our Annual General Meeting (the AGM), which took place on Wednesday 13 June 2018.
The AGM gave you the chance to consider and, if you thought fit, vote for the resolutions contained in the Notice of AGM. It is an important annual event for Royal London, and gives the Board an opportunity to present its view of the Company’s performance and strategy to you. This year’s meeting also featured presentations by Group Chief Executive Phil Loney, Deputy Chief Executive and Group Finance Director Tim Harris, and Tracey Graham, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
